The UK Pâté-Croûte glory!
The UK finals, British selection for the Pate Croute World Championship presented by Classic Fine Foods at the SAVOY hotel in London was a massive triumph!
This event celebrates not only the art and tradition of pâté croûte but also the dedication, skill, and creativity of the chefs who have worked tirelessly to enter the competition.

The pâté croûte is a dish that epitomizes the essence of culinary craftsmanship. Its rich history and complexity require a deep understanding of technique, an unwavering commitment to quality, and an artist’s touch. It is a dish that tells a story, each layer and flavour reflecting the care and passion of its creator.
