The UK Pâté-Croûte glory!
The UK finals, British selection phase for the Pate Croute World Championship presented by Classic Fine Foods at the SAVOY hotel in London was a massive triumph in 2024.
This is far more than just acompetition–it is acelebration of excellence, atribute to a dish that is both technical and refined, deeply rooted in French but also Birtish culinary heritage. It is one ofthe rare creations that can unite chefs, pastry chefs, charcutiers, butchers, caterers, bakers, and restaurateurs alike. In 2025, the event returns with an even more ambitious edition, reaching new heights onthe international stage.

Its rich history and complexity require a deep understanding of technique, an unwavering commitment to quality, and an artist’s touch.
