The evening will begin with a cocktail reception in the River Rooms featuring Moet & Chandon champagne Grand Vintage 2016, signature cocktails crafted by Hennessy, alongside a Sturia caviar tasting and best cuvées of Château d’Esclans Rosé wines.
This will be followed by the competition itself, where you will have the unique opportunity to taste each pâté-croûte and vote for your favourite creation. The Public’s Choice Award for the best pâté-croûte will be presented during the awards ceremony. Throughout the tastings, you will be served the special cuvées and fine wines of Maison Chapoutier.
Following the competition, you will enjoy a refined main course and dessert from The Savoy accompanied by an Espresso Martini crafted by Hennessy, a tasting of Cognac X.O, along with a caviar Oscietra Sturia petit fours and Champagne.

To finish the evening in style, you will attend the awards ceremony and the grand inductions into the Brotherhood of Pâté-Croûte.

During this evening of Haute Charcuterie and Oenology, you will be alongside the 22 official judges, presided over by Chef Mark Flanagan L.V.O., Royal Chef at Buckingham Palace — to name only a few — Chefs Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Claude Bosi, Tom Phillips, Kate Austen, the King of Pies Calum Franklin, Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, Master Blender at Hennessy, the renowned baker Chef Richard Bertinet, and Chef Roger Pizey, Executive Head of Pastry at
Fortnum & Mason — all under the watchful eye of Mr. Guillaume Gomez, former Chef of the Elysée Palace and Ambassador of French Gastronomy.

Not to be forgotten: the 9 contestants will also be guided by their coach, Chef Frédéric Le Guen-Geffroy, World Champion of Pâté-Croûte 2023, whose expertise will help raise the competition to unprecedented heights.
